This framework meets the needs of Apprentices who are employed in a role responsible for the creation, publication and management of online content. The framework provides learners with a cohesive suite of qualifications that will enable them to develop a solid understanding of how to work and communicate in any business environment.
The framework includes to components:
(a) Diploma for IT Users (ITQ)
(b) Essential Skills Wales in Communication, Application of Number and Digital Literacy
