How did your course go?

In March 2006 Lyndon Sayers was referred to The CADCentre (UK) Ltd by Panasonic in order to pursue a Foundation Modern Apprenticeship Level Two for IT Users course.

“I had been working for Panasonic for 17 years and had been feeling that I needed to improve my computer skills so that I was more up to date with current systems and programs. “

“Having no formal IT experience before this course I felt I needed professional tutoring to gain the skills that I needed rather than simply learning it myself as I had been doing.” During his Foundation Modern Apprenticeship, Lyndon was shown valuable skills not only related to his NVQ but to assist him in his work and in line with KPI’ s used by his company. Following this, Lyndon progressed to the Modern Apprenticeship scheme where he improved upon his knowledge and use of IT. This was a fantastic learning experience for Lyndon allowing him to strengthen his skills and employability. “After achieving the Level 2 part of my course I found that I was enjoying using the new skills that I had learned and decided that I wanted to continue on to the next level of the course. My apetite for learning was whetted in completing the level three and I am now looking to further my education by enrolling on a degree course in IT”

He has worked extremely hard and deserves this great opportunity. We are very fortunate that we have such dedicated assessors that work hard to ensure the learners achieve their goals.”
